A lot of Democrats showed their true colors after the assassination attempt of Donald Trump.
There was national outrage, for instance, of the video of liberal rock comedy group Tenacious D for wishing the shooter did not miss Trump.
A similar statement was made by a Democrat staffer, who is now without a job.

Regardless of what we think of politicians, nobody wants to see someone get assassinated, that is unless you are on the Democrat side of the aisle.
The comments by some Democrats and liberal stars have been horrifying.
Trump has been accused of staging the assassination by some members of the media, accused of faking the injury, as well as some people openly wishing the would-be assassin did not miss.
Which brings us to comments that were made by someone in the office of Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS).
This, by the way, is the same member of Congress that introduced legislation to strip Secret Service coverage of anyone who had been convicted of a felony and had been sentenced to jail.
At the time Thompson introduced his legislation, it was clear that if Trump was sentenced to prison, Thompson wanted to make sure, former president or not, he went in without any protection.
Jacqueline Marsaw, who was working as Thompson’s field director, had posted, “I don’t condone violence but please get you some shooting lessons so you don’t miss next time ooops that wasn’t me talking.”
When the posts came to light, Thompson responded, “I was made aware of a post made by a staff member and she is no longer in my employment.”
I just cannot imagine someone making light of this situation, regardless of how they feel about Trump.
Do these people even realize the chaos that would have taken place had Trump been shot dead?
There would have been rioting in the streets that would have arguably been the worst we have ever seen, and this is all because of the rhetoric of the left to attack Donald Trump.
Dems have gotten their supporters so riled up about Trump being such a “threat,” that their supporters now want him dead.
Yet, the media is giving them all a free pass. It’s disgusting, to say the least.
