Aldean was performing in Hartford, CT, when he suddenly ran off stage.
The remainder of the show was canceled, which immediately had fans very concerned about his health.

Aldean, as it turned out, was suffering from a heat stroke…
Aldean reportedly loaded up on fluids and was back at it again on Sunday.
He also told his fans that they would get another show.
He stated, “Thanks everyone for checking in on me. Hartford, we’ll share rescheduled info soon. Saratoga Springs, see ya tonite.”
The venue confirmed this, stating, “We appreciate your patience as we work on rescheduling a new date, as well as the outpouring of well wishes for Jason.
“A rep has confirmed he is now doing well after experiencing heat stroke during last night’s performance.”
This time of year, heat stroke is not uncommon, and it must be taken very seriously.
If not addressed immediately, it can result in serious health problems, and possible death.
