Wrestling Legend’s Son DIES Suddenly at Young Age

Tristen Nash was the son of WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash has recently and suddenly died at the age of 26.

The young man’s family announced the heartbreaking news of Tristen Nash’s death in a statement released by wrestling reporter Sean Ross Sapp.

“On behalf of Kevin and Tamara Nash, I have to, unfortunately, report that their son Tristen Nash has tragically passed away at the age of 26,” read the statement.

“Tristen recently started working on Kevin’s new podcast and the two enjoyed their time together,” the statement continued. “The Nash family asks if you could please respect their privacy during this time.”

The cause of Tristen Nash’s sudden death has not yet been disclosed.

Last week, Tristen posted a photo of himself working with his wrestling legend father on Kevin Nash’s new podcast, “Kliq This.” The Kliq was a group of wrestlers in the World Wrestling Federation during the mid-1990s. The group included Kevin Nash, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Scott Hall, and Sean Waltman.

Even more tragically Tristen had a bright future as earlier this month he shared an Instagram post about his “beautiful future wife.”

He posted about his love frequently, a few days after the above post he posted an Instagram photo of himself and Savanna Kern with the caption: “The best friend I could ever have. The love of my life and beyond brilliant. I love you so much Savanna.”

Tristen was the only child of Kevin and Tamara Nash.

Fox News reported, “Upon the news that Tamara Nash was pregnant, Kevin Nash left WWE for World Championship Wrestling in 1996, according to Wrestling Inc. It led to an easier schedule to help his family and would ultimately lead to the famous New World Order group, which included Hall and Hulk Hogan.”

The Nash family was obviously close as many of the famous Wrestler’s social media posts involved them. In April, Kevin Nash shared a photo of his son Tristen with the caption: “My reason for living.”

In December 2021, Kevin Nash shared a throwback photo of him and his son Tristen at the Phoenix Zoo in 2000.

Tristen had many interests and was a singer and songwriter in the band the Builders.

On his fingers, Tristen had tattoos expressing his love for his mom and dad.

Kliq Thispodcast co-host Sean Oliver reacted to Tristen’s death.

“I met a great young man this year named Tristen. He worked with me and his dad on a podcast we have, and proved to be smart, sweet, savvy, witty, and mature beyond his mere handful of years. There were big things coming for him, but it was not to be,” Oliver posted on Twitter. “The unfairness of our short time on earth rears it’s ugly head again & we are rendered speechless. To steal a heart so pure, full of potential, is cruelty beyond understanding. Won’t try. I have his last text to me: ‘Love you.’ I read it 50 times in 2 days &, T, I’m gonna read it a lot more.”

Many fans and other famous names from the wrestling world offered condolences for the sudden death of Tristen on social media.

Kevin Nash, 63, wrestled under his ring name of “Diesel” in the WWE. He went on to use his real name in World Championship Wrestling and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. Nash is also a founding member of the New World Order and Hulk Hogan and Scott Hall.

Pro Wrestling Wiki states the wrestler’s history as, “Between WWE, WCW, and TNA, Nash has won a total of 21 championships. He is a six-time World Champion: a five-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion, and one-time WWF Champion. He was the longest-reigning WWF Champion of the 1990s, having held the title for 358 days.”
