The news of Windham Rotunda, more commonly known as Bray Wyatt, passing away has left the wrestling world in deep mourning.
Triple H broke the news on Twitter that the former WWE champion had been suffering from an illness and passed away unexpectedly earlier today.
Triple H tweeted, “Just received a call from WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda who informed us of the tragic news that our WWE family member for life Windham Rotunda – also known as Bray Wyatt – unexpectedly passed earlier today. Our thoughts are with his family and we ask that everyone respect their privacy at this time.”

Bray Wyatt made his debut on the main roster at the 2010 Hell In a Cell pay-per-view when he joined Nexus.
He was well liked by fans and eventually went on to win his first WWE championship at Elimination Chamber before dropping it to Randy Orton in WrestleMania 33.
Despite being an extremely popular character in WWE, there were some darker moments in his life as well.
His ex-wife Samantha Rotunda had filed for divorce back in 2017 after she alleged that he was having an affair with former ring announcer JoJo.
This breakup meant that their two daughters have just lost a father forever which is truly heartbreaking for everyone involved.
