I assure you, it is not good.
Biden spoke for more than an hour, so he needs to recharge those batteries.
However, it would not appear those batteries started to wear out long before Joe left the House that night.
Well, Okay…
Senator Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) is Cuban, but he obviously has no influence in Cuba, unless he is like Rep. Judy Chu (D-CA).
As Biden was shaking hands during the SOTU, he found Menendez.
Biden stated, “Bob, I gotta talk to you about Cuba.
Menendez was clearly taken aback, merely stating, “Okay.”
He was humoring Biden, then Biden stated, “I’m serious.”

Cuba has not been in the headlines with anything major, so this just appears to be Biden yelling out something random for attention… kind of like a mental patient.
