Reinforcements are on the way as yet another state has joined the fight to protect America’s borders. In an official statement on July 29th the Governor of South Dakota Kristi Noem announced she is dispatching a platoon of 50 South Dakota National Guardsmen to reinforce the U.S.-Mexico Border in Texas. Noem is responding to a request for aid under the Emergency Management Assistance Compact sent out by Governors Greg Abbott of Texas and Doug Ducey of Arizona.
According to Noem’s statement,
“The Biden Administration has failed in the most basic duty of the federal government: keeping the American people safe,” said Governor Kristi Noem. “The border is a national security crisis that requires the kind of sustained response only the National Guard can provide. We should not be making our own communities less safe by sending our police or Highway Patrol to fix a long-term problem President Biden’s Administration seems unable or unwilling to solve. My message to Texas is this: help is on the way.”
“The initial deployment to the border will last for between 30 and 60 days. South Dakota Adjutant General Jeff Marlette and the South Dakota Department of the Military are working with their counterparts in Texas to finalize the details of this mission. The deployment will be paid for by a private donation.”

The State Of Our Border Shows The State Of Our Nation
In their July 10th letter to their fellow governors, Abbott and Ducey wrote, “Securing our border with Mexico is the federal government’s responsibility. But the Biden administration has proven unwilling or unable to do the job,”
“In response to the ongoing surge of illegal border crossings, with the accompanying threats to private property and to the safety of our citizens, Governor Abbott has declared a disaster and Governor Ducey has declared an emergency,” the letter says. “Given the staggering number of violations now occurring in Texas and Arizona, additional manpower is needed from any state that can spare it. With your help, we can apprehend more of these perpetrators of state and federal crimes, before they can cause problems in your State.”
A Coalition Of States Is Emerging To Send Aid To The Border
In the stark dereliction of Constitutional duty of the Biden-Harris regime, an emerging coalition is building, one of States that are willing to send in the troops and funds to support each other in spite of Washington, D.C.’s negligence.
South Dakota joins other States including Arkansas, Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, and Idaho who are sending either Police, State Troopers, or National Guard to Arizona and Texas.
More Republican-led states are likely to join and the Democrat-Socialists will very likely soon become alarmed by the deployments which could foreshadow more actions by the states, independent of the Federal government and reasserting their co-sovereignty.
