New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu was rumored to be throwing his hat into the ring for the race.
However, after some careful thought, common sense has kicked in, and he stated he will not be joining the race.
Not Now
I honestly do not think Sununu will ever have a profile big enough to run for president.
He surely does not have the profile to crack through this field.
Sununu stated, “When you look at what’s happening out there, you obviously have a very large field.
“I think the former President Trump is doing much better in the polls than folks thought.
“And when I looked at where my voice can be, how we make the Republican Party bigger, the responsibility that I think I have in terms of focusing on the Republican Party, and ultimately focusing on the opportunities for the country.”
Sununu has been adamant that he wants someone other than Trump to get the nod in 2024.
I am not sure that will happen, and it surely will not happen with a crowded field.
So, now the big question is who Sununu will support in the race in his effort to try to dethrone Trump.
