Donald Trump’s legal team just made a big move.
His attorneys have filed to get the missing files from the January 6 committee.
This could be something that sways this case in his favor.

Anyone who watched the January 6 Select Committee hearings could see that the evidence was weighted one way.
This was because Democrats sat on possible exculpatory evidence for Trump.
Not only that, but they hired a Hollywood producer to edit video footage to paint everything in the worst possible light.
All testimony was selectively chosen to present the worst of the worst.
This is why Trump’s attorneys are looking to get all the evidence rather than just the transcripts that were provided by the committee.
The filing stated that “video recordings of transcribed interviews and depositions, which featured prominently during the Select Committee’s hearings, were not archived or transferred.”
Attorneys for Trump added, “Needless to say, there is significant overlap between the Select Committee’s investigation and this case, and there is a strong likelihood that individuals discussed in the Missing Records could be called as trial witnesses.”
The judge in this case hates Trump, but I just don’t see how this request can be denied.
And if Trump gets all this evidence, it could be a game-changer for his case.
