Watch: Chris Wallace Makes a Complete Fool of Himself

Isn’t it so nice when Fox News’ resident leftist Fool Chris Wallace and the Biden-Harris regime’s mouthpiece regurgitate the same garbage talking points? It makes it so much easier and more convenient to see both of them for the dirty, dirty smear merchants they are!  This time Wallace decided to take a shot at Congressman Jim Banks (R-IN) accusing him and the rest of the GOP of “Defunding the Police”.

The Reversed Poison Pill– Dems Held Police Funding Hostage

It Didn’t Fool The GOP, They ‘Shot The Hostage’

Wallace parroted the EXACT set of talking points Psaki would just a day later, its’ almost as if there is some type of coordination between the mainstream media and the Biden WhiteHouse… crazy.

Wallace, like Psaki next day, seems to have picked up this skewed line of illogical thought from Biden advisor Cedric Richmond who accused the GOP of defunding the police by refusing to vote for Biden’s so-called “American Rescue Plan”, a pork-packed Democrat-Socialist wish-list that only tangentially applied to COVID19 relief as it was advertised. A ridiculously disingenuous argument.

This is not a new tactic either, it’s the reverse of a poison pill. A traditional ‘poison pill’ or ‘wrecking amendment’ is when you add an amendment to an otherwise unrelated bill that makes it unpassable to your opponents (Like adding a full ban on abortion to a Democrat budget), in this case, the Democrats attached funding that would be politically damaging to the GOP to oppose. Jim Banks couldn’t seem to get a word in edgewise, but to his credit according to Townhall stayed on message.

Townhall wrote,

“Wallace used Richmond’s words to push back against Banks.

“Congressman Banks, you voted against that package, against that $350 billion, just like every other Republican in the House and Senate, so can’t you make the argument that it’s you and the Republicans who are defunding the police.”

Rep. Banks without hesitation responded “not at all.”

What Rep. Banks had been trying to discuss when it comes to defunding the police, is comments from squad members denigrating the police. He did acknowledge that “you can give them more funding, and that’s good,” but that there is a problem in recruiting police officers, “because we’ve stigmatized one of the most honorable professions in America” and “we are at a dangerous point.”

What we’re talking about here is a rather diabolical method of legislative hostage-taking, the Democrats put funding to help local law enforcement alongside an absolute wish list of leftist proposals that they knew were absolute non-starters for even the most moderate Republican leaving the GOP no choice but to shoot the hostage, which they can now use against them. And oh, how they are trying to use it. We can only hope that enough Americans can smell the overpowering aroma of pure, unfiltered bulls**t. To their credit, the House GOP made sure to remind  Americans just how hypocritical the Democrats are being every time they try to push this steaming load.

The Republicans Shouldn’t Suffer A Fool

They are assuming that the American people are too occupied, too panicky, too busy, or just plain too stupid to notice. But we aren’t buying it. Rep. Banks didn’t do too badly on balance, but he and the GOP need to take a note from Sargon when hit with rhetorical attacks like this, who most appropriately said,

“I’m not answering your questions, I’m not apologizing for anything. You dirty, dirty smear merchants. Get Bent!”
