Stranded Americans Dispute The White House FALSE Claims

It’s becoming harder and harder to blame the false information being fed to the American people on the incompetence of the Biden-Harris regime. It’s now clear that what we’re dealing with is obvious, deliberate deception from the Democrat-Socialist Government which assumed control during an unconstitutionally administered election under highly suspect circumstances, straining any illusions of legitimacy to their breaking point. American citizens stranded in the ongoing Afghanistan withdrawal catastrophe created by the mismanagement of the regime have reported to their members of Congress that they “cannot reach the Kabul airport and that the Biden administration has been ineffective in quickly addressing emergency requests, according to Rep. Darrell Issa (R., Calif.), whose office has been scrambling in recent days to aid several California residents trapped in the country.” as reported by The Washington Free Beacon.

The families “are scared, stranded, and trapped in the Kabul area,” Issa spokesman Jonathan Wilcox told the Washington Free Beacon on Thursday. “So far, they’ve been unable to reach the airport. I know [White House press secretary] Jen Psaki has previously said this isn’t happening, but she’s dead wrong.”

Individual Congress Members Stepping Up For Stranded Americans

On August 24th the Los Angeles Times reported “At least 24 students from the Cajon Valley Union School District in El Cajon and 16 parents are stranded in Afghanistan after taking a summer trip abroad.” Issa’s Office has been working with the State Department to get these families home. In two subsequent Press releases, Issa’s Office has reported that these families have been released. However, it remains unknown at this time how many more American families remain in-country. Rep. Issa wrote in the first statement Aug. 26th,

“This is great news, the result of tireless work by our team to ensure that our people aren’t left behind in Afghanistan,” said Congressman Issa. “But while we have made extraordinary progress, there are so many more Americans stranded in Afghanistan. We have more work to do and under extremely difficult conditions.”

“I could not be more pleased at what has been achieved so far. But this is only a start to finally bringing our community back together and bringing our people home.”

In the second statement dated Aug. 27th the Congressman wrote, “Amidst the heartbreak of yesterday and the chaos that has gripped Afghanistan for weeks, we continue to make extraordinary progress in bringing our people home,” said Congressman Issa. “It is an honor to help rescue and reunite families and loved ones, but we still have more work to do.” concluding: “This has been an around-the-clock operation, and individuals inside of government and outside of it deserve our deepest thanks. But more members of our community still need our help. The mission is to bring our people home, and we will continue to do it.”

Congress Members like Issa are carrying the weight that the White House and Department of State have dropped, the military and shouldering the massive load and are feeling the increasing casualties and ultimately the unknown number of Americans and friendly Afghans who lose their lives will pay the ultimate price for a regime that claims to “accept responsibility” but refuses to mete out any consequences or impose any on themselves. The entire Biden administration needs to resign in disgrace, or be removed by Congress.
