A lot of attention is being given to SCOTUS as President Trump continues to fight against mass voter fraud that has intertwined the 2020 presidential election.
All Eyes on SCOTUS
On Tuesday, Trump’s legal team said that the “safe harbor deadline” will not be followed and they will continue to battle against corruption.
“The ‘Safe Harbor Deadline’ is a statutory timeline that generally denotes the last day for states to certify election results. However, it is not unprecedented for election contests to last well beyond December 8,” the statement from Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis says.
Trump’s Team Not Giving In
The Trump legal team has issued a statement on the “safe harbor deadline,” saying they will continue to fight into the new year.
“The ‘Safe Harbor Deadline’ is a statutory timeline that generally denotes the last day for states to certify election results. However, it is not unprecedented for election contests to last well beyond December 8,” the statement from Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis says.
“Justice Ginsburg recognized in Bush v. Gore that the date of ‘ultimate significance’ is January 6, when Congress counts and certifies the votes of the Electoral College. The only fixed day in the U.S. Constitution is the inauguration of the President on January 20 at noon.
“Despite the media trying desperately to proclaim that the fight is over, we will continue to champion election integrity until legal vote is counted fairly and accurately.”
Battleground States Need Attention
A big SCOTUS move occurred in Pennsylvania where evidence may able to be presented. Sen. Ted Cruz has even offered to present in hopes of overturning the state from Joe Biden to Donald Trump.
Cruz tweeted:
Because of the importance of the legal issues presented, I’ve publicly urged #SCOTUS to hear the case brought by Congressman Mike Kelly, congressional candidate Sean Parnell & state rep. candidate Wanda Logan challenging the constitutionality of the POTUS election results in PA.

Now time will tell whether SCOTUS pulls through or not.
