Shop NowA murder that took place about four months ago has finally been solved.
The alleged murderer of Eunice Dwumfour, 30, has finally been arrested.
Dwumfour, if you recall, was a Republican councilwoman from Sayreville that was murdered in her car.
Gunned Down
Dwumfour was very active in her local community and well-respected.
Exactly what happened to her was a complete and utter mystery.
All anyone knew was that it appeared as though she was having a conversation with someone shortly before she came under fire.
Witnesses saw someone firing into her window and called police.
When the officers arrived, she was dead behind the wheel, her car riddled with bullets.
Rashid Ali Bynum was arrested at his home in Chesapeake City, Virginia, in relation to the murder.
Bynum’s number was saved in Dwumfour’s found, with an acronym associated with her church.
Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone stated, “This was a very complex, extensive case with painstaking police work every single moment until today, and it will continue after today.”
