Federal Judge Aileen Cannon just told Grand Inquisitor Jack Smith to wipe that stupid smirk off his face and go away. He’s the latest special persecutor tasked with burning President Donald Trump at the stake. Instead of torching Trump, Smith went down in flames, surrounded by boxes of classified documents. The same thing happened with Robert Mueller’s Russia collusion witch hunt. Smith didn’t have any authority to bring a case in the first place, Cannon ruled.
Judge dismisses case
On Monday, July 15, Florida based federal Judge Aileen Cannon “dismissed the classified documents-related criminal case against former President Donald Trump.” She sides with defense arguments that “the appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith violated the Constitution.”
The Grand Inquisitor, who likes to dress as an evil Time Lord whenever possible, can take it to the Supreme Court if he wants but SCOTUS doesn’t like him, either.
Many “legal experts” of the Democrat persuasion “considered the classified documents case to be Trump’s most difficult legal hurdle.” He cleared it with no problem. The judge handed down the bad news to progressives two days after Trump survived an assassination attempt.

The ruing also came the same day Trump’s been certified the official Republican Candidate. He named J.D. Vance as his Vice President, ending months of wild speculation.
The Deplorable-in-Chief took time away from the Republican National Convention to post a note about the ruling on Truth Social. He’s thrilled with the decision Judge Cannon made.
“As we move forward in Uniting our Nation after the horrific events on Saturday, this dismissal of the Lawless Indictment in Florida should be just the first step, followed quickly by the dismissal of ALL the Witch Hunts.”
Weaponization of government
Trump points out in his post that his persecution by Deep State officials planted in federal government is only one of many. The Judge made the right decision and now some other judges need to be just as courageous.
Starting with “the January 6th Hoax in Washington, D.C.,” there’s also “the Manhattan D.A.’s Zombie Case, the New York A.G. Scam, Fake Claims about a woman I never met (a decades old photo in a line with her then husband does not count), and the Georgia ‘Perfect’ Phone Call charges.” Democrats are so afraid of him regaining his job as president that they want to put him in jail for 700 years. Trying to have him killed only made him stronger. Meanwhile, Joe Biden is still incompetent.
Trump knows better than anyone the extent to which the Just Us Department is weaponized against conservatives. He’s been a target since he ran against Hillary Clinton in 2016. The Federal Bureau of Instigation called that illegal investigation “Crossfire Hurricane.”

As Trump noted on his social media platform, “the Democrat Justice Department coordinated ALL of these Political Attacks, which are an Election Interference conspiracy against Joe Biden’s Political Opponent, ME.” He tends to use capitals more for emphasis than grammar. He can’t wait until a judge sits in trial over some big name offenders.
For now, being shot in the ear was a wake up call that there’s a sense of urgency to get America running properly again, fast. “Let us come together to END all Weaponization of our Justice System, and Make America Great Again!” Judge Cannon agrees that nobody should have wasted everyone’s time with the classified documents case.
Not only does SCOTUS side with Trump on his handling of them, “Smith was operating with the power normally reserved for an attorney general but that unlike an attorney general, Smith was not given express permission by Congress to do so.” Democrats keep trying to make up the rules as they go along. “Smith’s appointment violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution” and that’s all there is to it.
