Federal Judge Kills Biden Nasty Plans

Joe Biden is having a really bad month. One so bad his ice cream stash can’t soothe the agony. Kamala losing the election was bad enough. Now, he needs to host Donald Trump in the Oval Office to assure the advocate of mass deportation that there won’t be a fight over transfer of power. On top of that, the Court of Appeals ruled that his “Keeping Families Together” program isn’t legal and has to be stopped.

Biden can’t shield spouses

Joe Biden isn’t happy with a federal judge in Texas. That’s because U.S. District Court Judge J. Campbell Barker ruled against his scheme to grant amnesty to half a million illegal aliens. The program was misleading to start with. The idea was to shield “undocumented immigrants married to U.S. citizens.

When Democrats say “married” they mean the common law variety. Living together for a certain number of years provides mos of the same federal benefits and protections as a marriage certificate but does not transfer citizenship. Actual marriage does.

When Democrats talk about the illegal alien “spouse” of an American, they mean the ones who didn’t actually get married. Biden wanted to provide “an easier path to citizenship” for roughly 500,000 individuals in that category. If you managed to shack up with a citizen then you qualify.

The court said nice try but that’s not legal. Calling the scheme “Keeping Families Together” doesn’t make it Constitutional. The “stepchildren of U.S. citizens” aren’t getting a break, either.

Back in June, bowing to pressure from immigrant rights groups with voting clout, Joe’s handlers came up with the idea and blamed it on Biden.

They were ready to grant anyone living with a citizen for at least 10 years “an expedited process to get legal status and also be granted three-year work permits.” By “expedited” they meant fill out an application for instant approval, no questions asked.

His ice cream stash can’t soothe the agony of another defeat.

Conservative states sued

Texas, along with 15 other conservative states infuriated by the Democrat approved invasion, filed a lawsuit to stop the instant amnesty program.

Joe Biden may love the idea but the scheme was “harmful to them and would encourage more unauthorized migration.” Judge Barker agreed.

The U.S. District Court “put the program on temporary hold in August pending the lawsuit.” On Thursday, November 7, he gave Joe Biden the bad news in a ruling. The administration, Barker wrote, “doesn’t have the authority to create such a program.” That’s the job of Congress.

Considering that Democrats also lost control of both chambers, that means there will be another 500,000 in line for mass deportation next year.

Barker agreed with Texas that “the program would have burdened it with costs associated with education and health care.” That wasn’t hard to determine when all 16 states had the receipts to prove it.

It was a “HUGE win for the rule of law,” Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey posted on social media. It’s another huge loss for Joe Biden.
