President Donald Trump seems to be taking full responsibility for the federal government. He’s going to do exactly as he pleases with it, whether Democrats and their biased judges like it or not.
There’s really not much they can do about it, as they know quite well. They’ve been using that same tactic for a long time. Democrats unilaterally decriminalized shoplifting, looting, arson and carjacking.
Legal scholars who indoctrinate university students with liberal philosophy are “warning that President Donald Trump’s actions may create a constitutional crisis.” After standing up for Democrats doing exactly the same thing.
VP Vance is likewise daring to question “the courts’ authority over the White House.” What it boils down to is who has the power to stop them? Democrats don’t like to hear that the answer is nobody.
CNN brought in an expert to talk about it and after what he said, they won’t be inviting Scott Jennings back any time soon.
Trump, he declared, should “absolutely defy” judges who block his executive orders. Should the singular president “have to share the presidency with 300 district court judges? No. Absolutely not.”
Who can stop it
On Monday, February 10, “five different judges across the country issued temporary blocks on five different Trump executive orders.” Democrats can’t stand to see their beloved waste, fraud, abuse and corruption slashed to death.
The swamp creatures are fighting hard to save their once protected wetland. As soon as the president signs an executive order, Democrat judges slap down an injunction. Trump has simply been ignoring the judges.
Take the funding freeze, for example. A progressive judge in the deep blue state of Rhode Island “said that the Trump administration defied his restraining order to keep billions of dollars in federal funds flowing.”
The president isn’t ignoring it completely. The administration acts like they’re complying and doing it as slow as possible. Never put off until tomorrow what you can put off forever is their motto.
Federal courts simply aren’t up to the job of slapping a balky president into line. Meanwhile, Trump’s advisors are urging him to “resist ‘judicial interference’ and perhaps even remove judges who oppose Trump’s orders.” Jennings explained to CNN viewers that the president’s best course of action is “simply ignore the courts.” After all, Biden did it.
Joe “ignored” the Supreme Court “overturning his executive orders on student loan forgiveness.” Biden “literally defied it.” CNN threw him out of the studio soon after that. “So you’re saying that a judge should decide how and when money is spent for years and not the President of the United States?” Jennings grumbled, “prompting the discussion to continue to break down over the next few minutes.“
