Remember old pencil neck?
Well, it appears Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) is out to get some headlines again.
Now he is hitting Trump’s former chief of staff in the media.
Bold Move
Quite frankly, I am amazed that Schiff continues to work himself out of trouble, but that is a story for another day.
One of the most dishonest men in politics partnered up with Jen Psaki to break down the recent testimony of Mark Meadows.
Meadows testified that the charges based against him were for merely doing his duty as the Chief of Staff for the president.
Schiff believes Meadows may have sunk his own ship by testifying.
He stated, “I think it’s an indication both of the fact that he feels he needs to some kind of a Hail Mary to escape a potential conviction, but also that if he were successful in moving the case to federal court, he has the potential to knock it out completely by arguing immunity.
“But I think he feels it necessary to take such a profound risk with this testimony.”
I think Meadows made a strong case, but I am no legal expert.
If Meadows is unable to get his case out of Georgia, however, I fear that he will face an uphill battle in this case.
Just don’t be surprised if we see a significant number of plea deals and guilty verdicts if all these cases remain in Fulton County.
