Joe did in fact commit impeachable offenses but impeachment is a moot point by now. He’s already dropped from the race and is expected to hand the keys over to Kamala Harris. Right after the dust from the DNC convention settles. He can either go out graciously or they’ll use the 25th Amendment on him and he’ll be dragged away, kicking and screaming.

The House might not be able to impeach Joe Biden but that doesn’t mean any of the Bidens are off the hook. Joe could face a separate civil action but would probably be declared incompetent to stand trial for it. Hunter and James don’t have that excuse. Hunter’s awaiting sentencing on the gun felonies and about to go to trial on the tax evasion felonies.
Meanwhile, Hunter’s high paid lawyer, Abbe Lowell, is out of the picture because his sugar brother Kevin Morris turned his back on him. Hunter doesn’t have any of dad’s influence to peddle, anymore.
The House investigators came to the conclusion that it’s “inconceivable” Joe Biden “was ignorant of how his family members allegedly used their connection” to the big guy for fun and profit. While Vice President to the big eared Kenyan, Hunter sold Joe to “Ukraine, China and elsewhere.”

The report clearly accuses Joe of having “participated in a conspiracy to monetize his office of public trust to enrich his family.” That’s considered “abuse of power.”
Investigators were not happy about the way Joe Biden “obstructed” their probe and hiding behind his minions didn’t help. Any “President may be impeached for the actions of subordinate officials.”
By the time they got done investigating, it took 300 pages to write up the findings. The “yearlong, wide-ranging probe into the president” was a joint effort between “the House Oversight and Accountability, Judiciary, and Ways and Means committees.”
Plenty of evidence
While they stop short of actually recommending impeachment for Joe Biden, because it would be a waste of time and money at this point, they list in painstaking detail what they learned of his family, their bank accounts and their business deals. They relied on “more than 30 transcribed interviews and depositions,” a whole box of subpoenas and millions of pages of documents and bank records.
What they don’t show is how Joe “directly received money from his family’s business deals.” They also can’t “prove he changed any U.S. policies to aid his family.” They come real close and civil lawyers can pick that up later.
As soon as the Democrats politically “took Joe out behind the shed and basically shot him,” they had a reason to throw a party. Kamala is doing amazingly great in the polls. Everything will be fine as long as she doesn’t try to do anything at all that isn’t carefully scripted and controlled.

Biden appeared on the least popular first night of the convention to hand the reins to Kamala. The anger and disappointment was palpable. Then, he slithered off to California, possibly to visit Hunter and work on keeping his name out of the tax evasion trial.
“The totality of the corrupt conduct uncovered by the Committees is egregious. President Joe Biden conspired to commit influence peddling and grift. In doing so, he abused his office and, by repeatedly lying about his abuse of office, has defrauded the United States to enrich his family.”
Once rightful President Donald Trump takes charge, assuming the House retains Republican majority and hopefully with the Senate balanced to the right, as well, the civil actions can begin. Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray will be going to trial along with the entire Biden clan. In separate cases.
