People that had the virus at the outset were told that vaccine would increase their protection.
There was no way of knowing that simply because there had been no studies conducted at that point to prove it.
Well, there is a study now.

The Lancet has produced a study that is blowing up online right now.
The study found that natural immunity provided AT LEAST as much protection as the vaccine for AT LEAST 40 weeks against the early strains of the virus.
The New York Post reported, “Protection from reinfection was highest for the ancestral (original) strain of COVID-19 and the alpha, beta and delta variants, remaining at more than 78% after 40 weeks.”
Remember all those people that had COVID and refused to take the vaccine?
Remember how Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) called out Dr. Fauci on this very subject and was told he was wrong… well, he was not.
The study stated, “This finding also has important implications for the design of policies that restrict access to travel or venues or require vaccination for workers.
“It supports the idea that those with a documented infection should be treated similarly to those who have been fully vaccinated with high-quality vaccines.”
I think it is safe to say that Senator Paul will be frothing at the mouth when Dr. Fauci gets called before his committee again.
