I seem to remember a few weeks ago this administration tried to tell us that immigration was slowing down.
Well, then can they explain why December was the single highest month we have seen yet?
According to the latest Customs and Border Protection numbers, we had 250,000 encounters in December.
Not only did Biden break the record for a single month and the month of December, but now he also has the highest first quarter of a fiscal year.
To give you an idea of how out of control this is, during the 2020 fiscal year, which was the last full year of the Trump administration, there were about 450,000 crossings for the entire year.
We get more than that in two months now.
But yes, our border is secure.
