Shop NowSenator Kamala Harris, Joe Biden’s running mate, broke out into another fit of nervous laughter when confronted with an actual serious question.
When asked during an interview with 60 minutes about her far-left record, Harris of course did not have an answer, and instead made every viewer cringe.

“You’re considered the most liberal United States senator,” CBS news anchor Norah O’Donnell told Harris in the interview that aired Sunday.
“I, somebody, said that, and actually it was Mike Pence on the debate stage,” the California Democrat Senator replied with a shrug, bursting into awkward nervous laughter.
Surprisingly, the host did not let Harris off the hook there, and instead gave the Democrat a reality check.
“Well, actually, the non-partisan GovTrack has rated you as the most liberal senator,” O’Donnell said, referring to an article from August discussing Harris’ 2019 ranking as a senator.
“You supported the Green New Deal. You supported Medicare for All. You supported legalizing marijuana. Joe Biden doesn’t support those things, so are you gonna bring the policies, those progressive policies that you supported as senator into a Biden administration?” O’Donnell added as the grin on Harris’ face faded.
O’Donnell is only half right in her statement about Joe Biden‘s positions on these policies. The Democratic presidential nominee has flip-flopped on virtually every issue, holding a different position depending on what day it is and who he is speaking to. According to Biz Pac Review, “Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden raised eyebrows last week in his debate with President Trump when he openly advocated the far left’s positions, vowing to pass amnesty for illegal immigrants and to eliminate the oil industry.”
Instead of responding to O’Donnell, Harris essentially avoided the question.
“What I will do and I promise you this, and this is what Joe wants me to do — this was part of our deal — I will always share with him my lived experience as it relates to any issue that we confront. And I promised Joe that I will give him that perspective and always be honest with him,” she said.
“And is that a socialist or progressive perspective?” O’Donnell pressed, causing another fit of nervous laughter from Harris.
“No. No,” she said, still laughing.
“It is the perspective of– of a woman who grew up– a Black child in America, who was also a prosecutor, who also has a mother who arrived here at the age of 19 from India. Who also, you know, likes hip hop. Like, what do you wanna know?” she continued.
Surprisingly, O’Donnell was not laughing with Harris. She didn’t even crack a smile as Harris laughed through the serious questions about what the Democrat senator plans to bring to a Biden presidency.
“I want to give you the opportunity to address this because, at the Republican National Convention, President Trump made the case that Joe Biden is going to be nothing more than a Trojan horse for socialist policies, for the left-wing of the Democratic Party,” O’Donnell said to Harris.
“Are you going to push those policies when you’re vice president?” she asked again.
Avoiding directly answering the question once again, Harris replied: “I am not gonna be confined to Donald Trump’s definition of who I or anybody else is. And I think America has learned that that would be a mistake.”

If elected, would Kamala Harris advocate for Medicare for All, a plan Joe Biden doesn’t support?
“I would not have joined the ticket if I didn't support what Joe was proposing,” says Senator Harris. https://t.co/8ne3USJZqO pic.twitter.com/dFDf0GBFk9

Conservatives on Twitter quickly jumped on Harris’ nervous laughter and lack of responses to tough questions:
Just watched @KamalaHarris on @60Minutes. It’s bewildering that this person could be POTUS when Avocado Brain @joebiden steps down after confusing his wife for a toaster. Her response to every question is to crack up in a boisterous fake laugh. It’s astounding. Empty personhood.
