The influencer, Polska Babinks, is bashing the restaurant owner online for not allowing her entry to the eatery due to her revealing dress.
Apparently Babinks is pretty popular on social media app TikTok with over 708,000 followers. Many of her fans would likely say she is quite famous for posting videos where she’s intentionally wearing low-cut dresses and tops.
Babinks had posted a video on October 31 that has since gone viral, which shows her arguing with the restaurant owner.
The Daily Mail reported that the influencer began to have a heated conversation with the owner and attempted to explain to other customers in the restaurant how she was being mistreated.
“My friend Tootatis and I were prevented from entering this restaurant because of our cleavage,” Babinks wrote in text at the top of the video.
In the clip, you can see that Babinks is wearing a plunging pink crop top and miniskirt while her friend could be seen wearing a tight black shirt and pants.
The manager can be heard claiming that the eatery has a dress code to enter, to which Babinks replied “But you’re the one writing the rules, I don’t understand.”
The video was captioned “A neckline = No restaurants,” per translation from French to English.
While Babinks considers herself a victim in this scenario, the vast majority of those who bothered to comment sided with the restaurant.
“It’s not a nightclub it’s a restaurant it’s totally normal that he doesn’t accept it’s not a striptease bar,” read one comment.
“Where’s the scandal? He doesn’t want bare b**bs in his restaurant,” another read.
