From the outset, he was considered a far-right conspiracy theorist, and nobody gave him a chance.
Donald Trump backed him anyway.
Surprise… Masters is now within a few points of Senator Kelly (D-AZ) and Trump is now demanding that Senator McConnell (R-KY) start pumping out some cash.
Buck Up!
Trump wants money for his people and he wants it now!
He stated, “The Old Broken Crow, Mitchell McConnell, is authorizing $9 Million Dollars to be spent in order to beat a great Republican, Kelly, instead of $9 Million Dollars that could be used for Blake Masters, and other Republicans, that with this money would beat their Democrat opponent.”
Masters won a lot of people over last week during his debate, as he was the clear winner against Kelly.
More importantly, he did not come off as some right-wing extremist.
After the debate, I had stated that I thought he changed a lot of minds.
I cannot wait to see the next round of polling to see what kind of headway he has made.
If he manages to get out in front, McConnell and the rest of the people controlling the money better start pumping cash into that campaign to snag this seat.
With Walker floundering and Oz still behind, Masters could be the seat that swings the Senate.
