Rather than risk having pictures that we saw during the surge in the Trump administration and the kids in cages during the Obama administration, Biden came up with a different idea.
They are going to release migrants with no court date and wait for them to contact the government to set one up.
When the memo was first obtained by Republicans, they asked Ortiz what it was.

This administration is doing everything it can to destroy this country, and the mainstream media simply does not care.
