Shop NowThe descent of American, Democrat-run cities into anarchy is continuing at a frightening pace in Brooklyn, NY where Mayor Bill DeBlasio and New York’s ‘first lady’ Charlene McCray have led the charge to defund the NYPD. A Brooklyn deli owner reaped the consequences of the Democrat’s nightmarish policy on October 30th Joel Mangal, 38, was arrested Saturday in Brooklyn after throwing a Molotov cocktail-style improvised incendiary into the Nostrand Avenue deli in a brazen, broad-daylight fire bombing.
Footage from WPIX11 and ABC7 New York show the shocking footage from the outdoor surveillance camera and interior respectively. Mangal had been thrown out of the deli earlier that day for threatening patrons according to the owner and the store clerk.
The outdoor camera shows that Mangal attempted to hurl a second explosive only to be thwarted by a good samaritan, who slapped the bottle away causing it to shatter and burst on the sidewalk spreading flames toward a nearby parked car.
The internal footage shows Mangal’s Molotov explode on impact with a doorway near the deli case inches from one clerk’s face. Both the owner and the clerk fled the rapidly spreading flames. One of them is seen stumbling through the flames catching their foot on fire. In seconds, half of the deli is engulfed in flame.
A Rapid Response From The FDNY To The Insane Fire Bombing
“Fortunately, there was no loss of life here. The investigative work from the Explosives and Arson Task Force comprised of our Fire Marshals, the NYPD, and ATF, led to the timely arrest of this suspect who threatened the safety of our communities by using such a cruel and destructive device,” New York City Fire Department Commissioner Daniel Nigro said. “FDNY will continue to work alongside local, state and federal partners to bring to justice those who use fire as a weapon against New Yorkers.”
New Yorks bravest with the FDNY were able to respond in three minutes to the blaze that engulfed the deli and help the employees fight the blaze. According to KXNET, “Mangal was charged with arson, assault, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal mischief.”

With mounting evidence that City Hall is not backing up One Police Plaza already emboldening New York’s criminal element, many are asking what impact the COVID19 vaccine mandate will have.
