Shop NowLast week, the Biden administration reportedly gave an order for the Border Patrol to lock down on data releases.
That, however, did not stop the Border Patrol union from releasing the numbers it has.
If their numbers are accurate, yet another record was set in November, with 209,000 encounters.
A New Record…
Biden just keeps setting records, but none of them are good.
Because of how bad border numbers have been, Biden reportedly ordered a lockdown on the Border Patrol issuing numbers to the media.
This is something the border patrol did on a regular basis, usually only days after the month had concluded.
That did not stop the union from releasing its own numbers…
We are 22 days into December and the Biden admin still hasn’t released border numbers for November. The Border Patrol union says agents had 209,000 migrant apprehensions in November. That would be highest November ever recorded, right after border just saw highest October ever. https://t.co/9QNczlvYGy

As it turns out, they actually underestimated the encounters, as the official numbers were dropped late Friday night, with the administration trying to keep them out of the news cycle.
Last November, there were 175,000 encounters, which was a record.
This year, there were 233,000 encounters.
We are now on pace to have more than 600,000 encounters by the end of December, which would shatter the record that was set in FY2022.
No wonder Biden wanted the number buried.
