If you are a fight fan, this was an amazing card.
However, as much as fans loved the fights, they lost it when the former president decided to show up.
Big Fan
Trump is a huge sports fan, so it is never really a surprise to see him show up at a big event.
He has attended football games, NASCAR races, Triple Crown races, and yes, he has made quite a few appearances at MMA events.
Trump has also forged a bit of a friendship with Dana White, so it was not exactly a surprise to see Trump walk through the tunnel with White just prior to the first fight of the main event card.
When Trump did show up, the crowd went nuts, cheering him on and chanting, “U-S-A.”

The entire card had some epic battles and quite a few upsets, and the co-main events were no different.
Brandon Moreno got robbed in a split decision against Alexandre Pantoja, losing his belt in the process, but I am sure there will be a rematch.
In the second main event, Alexander Volkanovski took on the much taller Yair Rodriguez, but the height difference never mattered.
Once Volkanovski was able to get Rodriguez to the ground, it was game over.
