The Department of Health and Human Services is under new management and proud to post the truth on their website. As of Thursday, February 20, their Office for Civil Rights “took action to support President Trump’s executive orders defending children.” There are only two genders, male and female. Transitioning anyone under the age of 19 from one to the other is no longer allowed.
Restoring biological truth
“Defending children and restoring biological truth in civil rights and health information privacy enforcement” have been a priority for President Donald Trump.
His newly confirmed secretary for the agency, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., couldn’t wait to have his staff change the web page.
The directive issued by Joe Biden was ripped down and replaced with Trump’s. From now on, “HHS will not promote, assist, or support” the twisted birth control methods of the liberal left.
Specifically, “the so-called ‘transition’ of a child from one sex to another.” In school they’ll learn the truth in biology class.
HHS will also “rigorously enforce all laws that prohibit or limit these destructive and life-altering procedures.”
That matches up with another of Trump’s executive orders. Number 14168 “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.”
Democrats are distraught
Democrats are beyond coherent response at this point. They’re in the process of learning that the court orders to turn all the aid money back on didn’t get it flowing. The federal workers haven’t been rehired and illegal aliens are still being deported. They’re faced with the truth that there’s nothing they can do.
“Today’s rescission provides important notice to the regulated community that the 2022 OCR Notice and Guidance no longer represents the views or policies of HHS OCR.”
That, OCR Acting Director Anthony Archeval notes, “is a significant step to align civil rights and health information privacy enforcement with a core Administration policy that recognizes that there are only two sexes: male and female.” Democrats can’t handle the truth.
“Under the prior Administration, HHS through OCR provided notice to the public of how OCR intended to interpret civil rights and health information privacy authorities to protect the chemical and surgical mutilation of children.”
Democrats liked to call castration and hormone shots “gender-affirming care.” They wanted to do it without parental approval. Or even parental notification it was being done.
Kids who weren’t old enough to legally have sex were being transitioned from one to another on their own authority. The state won’t trust their judgment to let them drive. They’ll simply have to face the truth that the restroom they use depends on the equipment they were born with.
