Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) just had his moment in the spotlight and it was pretty entertaining.
Mullin went toe-to-toe with union officials and at one point, it looked like things might get a little physical.
The general president of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Sean O’Brien should be happy it never got to that point.
Shut Your Mouth!
Mullin was giving his statement about unions, even telling a story about how his company got shaken down by union officials.
Things got heated when Mullin started to rattle off stats and complain about the high salary the union officials make.
When O’Brien interrupted Mullin, Mullin told him to shut his mouth.
O’Brien responded, “You’re gonna tell me to shut my mouth? Tough guy.
Then he quoted Mullin from earlier, stating, “’ I’m not afraid of physical confrontation.’”
I am not sure O’Brien knows it or not, but Senator Senators (I-VT) probably saved his teeth.
Mullin is a former MMA fighter, so I think he would have handled the big fat bald guy pretty easily.
