Shop NowBREAKING — Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh has tested positive for COVID-19, and the left can barely hide their excitement.
According to a press release from the Supreme Court, Justice Kavanaugh has tested positive for the coronavirus, but has no symptoms. Kavanaugh and the other eight justices each took a routine COVID test ahead of the October 1st ceremonial investiture for Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
This is yet another so-called “breakthrough case,” as Kavanaugh has been fully vaccinated since January. His wife and daughters, who are also fully vaccinated, tested negative on the same day.
Justice Kavanaugh will not be attending the ceremonial investiture.
Here is the full press release from the Supreme Court:
“On Thursday, per the Court’s regular testing protocols, Justice Kavanaugh had a routine Covid test ahead of Justice Barrett’s investiture on Friday. On Thursday evening, Justice Kavanaugh was informed that he had tested positive for Covid-19. He has no symptoms and has been fully vaccinated since January. Per current Court testing protocols, all of the Justices were tested Monday morning prior to conference, and all tested negative, including Justice Kavanaugh. Justice Kavanaugh’s wife and daughters are also fully vaccinated, and they tested negative on Thursday. As a precaution, Justice and Mrs. Kavanaugh will not attend Justice Barrett’s investiture this morning.”

Obviously, the left is celebrating this news, with many Twitter leftists continuing to perpetuate the lie that Justice Kavanaugh is a rapist, and therefore deserves to get sick and die from the virus.
