The former president is twitching to announce his candidacy before someone like Ron DeSantis does.
By all accounts, Trump was going to come out on November 15 with the announcement, but the runoff election in Georgia changes everything… except for Trump.
McEnany is hoping that he will listen and delay.

We need every conservative in this country focused on that runoff election, whether they live in Georgia or not.
We all need to get the word out about Walker and encourage every voter in Georgia to show up and oust Warnock from office.
To that point, if Trump announces, it could take focus away from Walker.
Trump is not exactly in everyone’s good graces right now, so if he announces and Walker loses, Trump is going to take yet another hit.
Besides, Walker is Trump’s guy, so he needs to be hosting fundraisers and loading up Walker with cash right now.
Trump just needs to stay out of Georgia because they still do not like him very much in that state.
McEnany discusses…
What Trump does here will dictate if he truly cares about the conservative cause or his own ego.
I will predict right now that if Trump announces next week, he is going to lose significant support among conservatives and open the door for someone else to take that nomination right away from him.
