Hochul Howls as ‘King Trump’ Abolishes NYC Congestion Fees

President Donald Trump canceled New York City’s “congestion pricing” scheme and the state’s governor went spastic. Her objections were far overshadowed by the graphic she brought along to her press conference. As the left-leaning media reports, “it was the war of words between the president and Governor Kathy Hochul that dominated amid the political fallout.

Long live King Trump

Democrats are learning that their beloved judges are powerless to stop President Donald Trump.

The official administration social media crew dropped a meme on the public which the president has been cheerfully sharing around. It caught Governor Hochul’s attention, too.

The controversy started swirling like a Tennessee tornado on Wednesday, February 19.

That’s when Trump posted “CONGESTION PRICING IS DEAD. Manhattan, and all of New York, is SAVED. LONG LIVE THE KING!” He posted it on Truth Social.

A short while later, the White House followed it up with “an image of a fake Time Magazine, depicting Trump wearing a crown with the phrase ‘Long live the king,‘ in front of the New York skyline.

They pushed out a couple more graphics in the same theme. It’s sort of the current administration’s version of “Dark Brandon,” Joe Biden’s Deep State alter-ego.

Controversial toll program

President Trump was celebrating a move by the Department of Transportation to “pull approval for the MTA’s controversial toll program.” Hochul had a conniption over the move because her budget is relying on the infusion of cash.

New York hasn’t labored under a king in over 250 years, and we sure as hell are not going to start now,” she cursed to a cheering crowd. While she said it, she was sure to hold the royal image of the president.

Trump has extensive interests in the city and it affected him as hard as everyone else. Hochul thought it could help ease traffic congestion and pay for feeding and housing illegals at the same time.

Hochul had a conniption.

Since she can’t complain about the effect on her city’s sanctuary policies, which are now illegal, she complained on general principals.

It feels like the commuters of our city and our region are now the roadkill on Donald Trump’s revenge tour against New York,” Hochul moaned.

Meanwhile, commuters are breathing a heavy sigh of relief they can afford to buy an egg or two now that getting to work doesn’t cost a fortune. She already filed a lawsuit, which Trump is expected to promptly ignore.
