Chris Pratt has been through a roller coaster ride from being a media darling to being moved to Hollywood’s hit list. His only crime is his support of the people of middle America and his unwavering faith in Jesus.
An A-list actor, with hits like the Jurassic Park reboots, and Guardians of the Galaxy under his belt, Chris Pratt has been unafraid to share his Christian faith with the public. His unabashed love for Christ has become increasingly uncommon amongst the Hollywood elites.

However, the actor’s outspoken faith has not come without a price. Pratt has had to deal with significant backlash for being upfront and open about his belief in the Creator.
The 43-year-old celebrity has made it clear that the Bible helps him deal with being the target of haters and trolls.
In interviews about the subject, Pratt points to scripture in his answers. Pratt paraphrased Jesus by saying, “If I was of this world, they would love me just like that but as it is, I’ve chosen out of this world.”

“That’s John 15:18 through 20,” Pratt continued to explain.
“That’s the way it is, nothing new, 2,000 years ago they hated him, too,” he said of Jesus.
When it comes to dealing with the hateful comments, Pratt says, “Like a rhino, stick your head down, you keep driving forward, you have thick skin and if anyone gets in your way, you stick the horn right up their a**!”
“When it comes to rejection, I was trained in the crucible of door-to-door sales some 25 years ago. So, you can’t turn me away,” said the actor jokingly.

Pratt made his living in sales before breaking through the Hollywood industry. He said, “[Sales] is a very hard job and it’s not dissimilar to acting or at least auditioning. You gotta collect nine ‘no’s’ to get one ‘yes.’”
Pratt’s latest film, “Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 3,” one of many Marvel hits was released in theaters on May 5th.
