Many American businesses are pushing their woke ideologies on their consumers, now one nationally known pharmacy has joined the bandwagon. CVS Pharmacy has now gone fully “woke.”

The health and pharmacy retail-chain has introduced new gender identity staff guidelines:
• Staff must use correct pronouns and may not misgender any employee.
• Staff can use any restroom they choose even if they don’t identify as transgender

The beloved neighborhood pharmacy chain will now require all employees to bow to the transgender gods of today’s culture.
The retail giant has thousands of stores across the U.S. It has recently given its employees a new policy on how to address their “trans” coworkers. They added to the policy that any restroom can be used by anyone at any time.
According to this new CVS policy, employees who tell their supervisors that they identify as Trans will be entitled to time off, and the company will force their colleagues to address them by their preferred pronouns.
Fox Business was able to get a copy of the company’s new “gender transition guidelines.”

Under these guidelines employees who intend to transition were advised to let everyone know, so the company can “provide support and to make your transition as smooth as possible.”
“You may also wish to have appropriate medical care to support your transition, including treatments such as hormone replacement therapy and/or gender confirmation surgery,” the guide continued.
“During and after the transition has occurred, CVS Health encourages you to continue to partner with your Leader and your Advice & Counsel representative, and to immediately report any issues that you might have with your employment, your work environment, and/or your Leader, co-workers, clients, and customers,” the CVS guidelines continued.

Buried within corporate diversity jargon, CVS included “Guidelines for Supporting a Colleague who is Transitioning.”
The new guidelines force employees who come to work each day for the sole purpose of making a living must now walk on eggshells in a purposely cultivated toxic work environment all to ensure they do not misgender anyone around them.
