Judge Kevin Elsenheimer of Antrim County, Michigan ruled in favor of plaintiff William Bailey, a local man who challenged the results of a proposal to allow a marijuana retailer in his community. According to President Trump’s legal team they were also granted access to inspect the machines.
“The big news coming out of Antrim County, Michigan, this morning is that a judge actually granted our team access to 22 of the Dominion voting machines for us to conduct a forensic audit,” Trump attorney Jenna Ellis told Fox News Sunday morning.

The Results of the Forensic Audit
The Trump team was represented by “the Allied Security Operations Group, a group affiliated with Trump’s litigation team.” at the forensic audit.
MLive.com reported, “The county’s failure to properly update its Dominion voting software initially resulted in incorrect reports of unofficial results, but the canvassing process would have caught the issue regardless, Guy told the Senate Oversight Committee on Nov. 19.”
Michigan State Senator Ed McBroom, (R) explained that the paper count of the Antrim county ballots didn’t show the same discrepancy as the software did on election night.
“The tabulators that received the votes and printed up the tabulation sheet didn’t demonstrate the inaccuracy that the software analysis did for the unofficial vote count,” McBroom said at the time.
President Trump narrowly defeated Vice President Joe Biden in Antrim County by a mere 4,000 votes. It is unknown at this time as to whether the same error went unnoticed or unreported in other Michigan counties.
President Trump in his “Most Important Speech” on December 2nd called for a “full forensic audit” in “all relevant states”, which in addition to Michigan would include: Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Wisconsin. This is the only way to ensure that the votes were tabulated correctly and the results reported accordingly.
“The only way to determine whether there was an honest vote is to conduct a full review of the envelopes in the relevant states. You will find that many of them, tens of thousands, have fraudulent signatures. A full forensic audit is required to ensure that only legal ballots from lawfully registered voters that were properly cast are included in the final count.” -President Donald Trump during his Dec 2 address.
